Michael has lived in Putney for fourteen years and having graduated in economic
statistics and worked for a city based estate agents, he joined Warren in 1996.
Quickly establishing himself as one of the most prominent local agents, he became
a partner in 2001.

Matthew joined Warren in 2002 after two and a half years previous experience as
a Lettings Manager in Putney. His local knowledge of the lettings market coupled
with his extensive corporate client base has meant Warren lettings department has
gone from strength to strength.

Having grown up in Devon, Kathryn attended Exmouth Community College and then went on to study Media Communications at Bath Spa University. Soon after graduating Kathryn joined Warren. Kathryn is based at our Upper Richmond Road office branch where she is the company’s Office Administrator providing a seamless and essential back up for the sales and lettings staff.

Head of the property management department dealing with the day to day running of
our management properties, Anne is responsible for answering enquiries from landlords
and tenants alike involving a range of challenges from gas safety checks to wasp
nests in the roof, all handled with great charm and efficiency! Anne joined the
company in 1999.

Rob Ford

Rob joined the lettings team at Warrens in 2009 having graduated from Northumbria University where he read Business with Marketing. As well as studying whilst in Newcastle, Rob developed a keen interest in property, buying, renting and managing student accommodation. Now based in South West London, he is looking forward to furthering his property career and advising on all aspects of renting in Putney and the local area.

Born and bred in Putney and a Cambridge graduate with over twenty years experience in advertising and marketing, Amanda has been working with Warren for over five years. An avid follower of programmes such as ‘Relocation, Relocation’, ‘Property Ladder’, ‘Escape to the Country’ and the like, Amanda combines her professional experience with a real passion for property. As well as buying and selling she has also been involved in the extensive refurbishment of a number of different properties in the past and is more than happy to offer advice in this area. Married with two children, Amanda lives locally near Richmond Park.

Alex Nathanson

Alex looks after sales at the Lower Richmond Road office. He has a wide range of experience across Putney: valuing and selling every type of property from ex Local authority flats to large detached houses. He grew up in Putney and was educated locally at King’s College School, Wimbledon. After brief spells as an English teacher in Merton and a head-hunter in the city, a keen interest in property and a love of the local area led Alex to Warren in 2006. Alex has a first class BA honours degree from Bristol University where he read Classics and Italian and won the ancient Greek prize. He is always pleased to discuss any of your property needs, the latest twists and turns of the Putney market and, if there is time, a little local history and the origins of street names as well.

Having worked for a large corporate Agency in Putney for 2 years Claire moved to Warren in October 2006, to build on an already successful lettings department. She has unrivalled local knowledge and her expertise covers all areas of residential lettings and contracts ranging from standard AST’s to Premium Leases. Over the last 3 years she has personally secured many new Clients with Portfolios ranging from 1 – 200 properties and services them with great expertise and professionalism. Claire is continuing to be instrumental in the growth of Warrens Lettings Department which is going from strength to strength.
